Your competitors are already shipping AI features. Where do you stand?

You know AI matters. Your team knows it too. But knowing and doing are two different things. We help companies close that gap - with strategy, training, implementation, and measurable results.

Three situations we see most often

If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place.

01

Problem

Everyone around you is doing AI. Your competitors ship AI features, your board asks questions you can't answer yet.

Solution

Most companies are in the same spot. We help you move first - with a clear assessment of where you stand and a concrete roadmap of what to do next.

02

Problem

You tried AI — someone bought ChatGPT, a few people tested Copilot. Then everyone went back to how they worked before.

Solution

AI adoption fails when it's a side project. We make it stick by changing workflows, not just installing tools. Structured training, measurable adoption.

03

Problem

You see the potential, but your CFO wants ROI projections, your CTO wants a technical plan, and the board wants governance.

Solution

You need more than enthusiasm. You need a business case. We help you build the argument that gets budget approved and leadership aligned.

What we deliver

From confusion to clarity

01

AI Readiness Audit

Where does your company actually stand with AI? We assess your team's current AI usage, tech stack readiness, processes, and competitive position. Output: Clear report with honest assessment and prioritized opportunities.

02

AI Strategy & Roadmap

A concrete plan — not a 50-page strategy deck that sits in a drawer. We define what AI means for your business: which processes to automate, where AI adds value, what tools to adopt, and in what order.

03

Product AI Integration

Should your product have AI features? Which ones? We help you identify where AI creates real value for your customers — and build it. No AI for AI's sake. Only features that make your product genuinely better.

04

Team Enablement & Training

Your people are the bottleneck, not the technology. We train your developers on AI-assisted coding, your product team on AI-enhanced workflows, and your leadership on AI governance. Not a one-day workshop — a structured program with measurable adoption.

From stuck to shipping. Here's the path.

Ongoing Advisory

We spend 1-2 weeks understanding your company: how your team works with AI, your tech stack's readiness, your competitors' adoption, and your product's AI opportunity landscape.

1–2 weeks

Based on the assessment, we build your AI roadmap: what to do first, tool selection, budget projection, the business case for leadership, and risk assessment.

2–3 weeks

Developer training on AI-assisted coding, tool deployment, process redesign, first AI feature implementation, and measurement framework for adoption.

4–12 weeks

Monthly check-ins on adoption metrics, tool and workflow updates as landscape evolves, new opportunity identification, and leadership Q&A.

What our partners say about us?

  1. “It can be very difficult to find a software studio that can fully integrate with internal teams and own the project and responsibilities like Cookielab does. To know we can rely on them is important for us, and helps us every day.”

Frequently asked questions

Is this just consulting?
We're builders, not consultants. Our founders are hands-on CTOs who write code. We don't produce strategy decks that collect dust. Phase 3 is where we embed with your team and make changes happen.
We're not a tech company. Is this relevant?
If your business uses software, AI is relevant. We've seen biggest quick wins in non-tech companies with repetitive processes that AI can streamline.
Can you help with AI features in our product?
Yes. Product AI integration is part of what we do. But we typically recommend starting with internal adoption first — faster ROI and builds competence for product features later.
What if our team resists?
That's the most common challenge and exactly why you need help. AI adoption is a culture change, not a tool deployment. We focus on making AI useful for each person, not mandating it.
Don't we need data scientists?
Not for most AI adoption in 2026. It's about integrating existing AI tools into workflows — not training models. If you need custom ML, that's a different conversation.
How is this different from CTO as a Service?
CTO-aaS is broader tech leadership. AI Strategy is focused specifically on AI adoption. They work great together: your interim CTO can oversee the AI program.
Will you help present to our board?
Absolutely. Phase 2 includes a board-ready presentation with business case, ROI projection, and governance framework. We can attend the board meeting with you.
How much does this cost?
Assessment starts at a fixed price scoped upfront. Full programs are monthly retainers scoped to company size. Let's talk specifics — every situation is different.

Every month you wait, the gap grows.

Companies adopting AI today are building advantages that compound. Start with an assessment. Understand where you stand. Then decide what's next.
