We've seen what happens when software agencies forget they're building someone's dream.

Our founders spent years building engineering teams at Socialbakers (now Emplifi), Cybex, and Shipito. They went through exits, shipped products to millions of users, and learned what it actually takes to keep software running when it matters.

That background shows up in how we work. Cookielab isn't a loose group of freelancers sharing a logo. There are 40+ of us -engineers, designers, product people -and we stick together because we hold each other to the same bar. When something breaks at 2 AM, nobody checks the contract first.

They decided to build a company rooted in shared values and principles. They found people with the same mindset and drive, and got to work. That's how Cookielab was born.

We've been at it since 2016. Over 50 projects so far: IoT hardware that landed in TIME Magazine, platforms handling millions of users across Europe. Same core team behind all of it. We own what we build, we're straight about how it's going, and we don't ship anything we wouldn't sign our name to.
